Everett Seagulls (Everett, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA), 4-1 in a league challenge.

The Seagulls now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kamiak for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. Everett will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Lynnwood (Bothell, WA). The Knights record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Marysville-Pilchuck falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Tomahawks host Mountlake Terrace (Mountlake Terrace, WA) to face the Hawks in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Mountlake Terrace won 26-0 in their recent league challenge against Shorecrest (Seattle, WA)
