The Stamford Bulldogs baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Anson Tigers to 7 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Albany (Albany, TX). The Lions go into the 2A Region I District 8 match with a 6-1 record.
The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Cisco (Cisco, TX). The Loboes go into the 2A Region I District 8 match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Cisco was overwhelmed by Hawley (Hawley, TX), 12-0, in a league match.
