The Bangs Dragons baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Goldthwaite Eagles to 1 in the Dragons league victory on Tuesday.
The Dragons (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Coleman (Coleman, TX). The Bluecats go into the 2A Region I District 7 match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Coleman ran past De Leon (De Leon, TX), 16-8, in a league match.
The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Hamilton (Hamilton, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region I District 7 match with a 18-10 record. In their last match, Hamilton ran past Santo (Santo, TX), 15-4, in a non-league match.
