California High School Volleyball - University edged by Taft

The Taft Toreadors held off the host University Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Toreadors now have a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a test on Wednesday, April 19. Taft will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-5.
The Wildcats (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA). The Unicorns enter the test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Los Angeles CES held off Venice (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
