The Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME) lacrosse triumphed over the host Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME), 17-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Cheverus upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Stags host Deering (Portland, ME) to battle the Rams in a Class A North outing on Thursday, April 20. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Deering lost 11-10 in their recent league outing against Edward Little (Auburn, ME)
With the defeat, Lake Region drops to 1-1 on the season. The Lakers host Freeport (Freeport, ME) to battle the Falcons in a Class C outing on Friday, April 21. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Freeport won 11-5 in their recent non-league outing against Massabesic (Waterboro, ME)
