Yorktown Huskers (Yorktown Heights, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Nyack Red Hawks (Upper Nyack, NY), 8-7 in a non-league battle.

The Huskers now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bronxville for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 20. Yorktown will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Hendrick Hudson (Montrose, NY). The Broncos record now stands at 0-4.

In their next game, the Red Hawks clash with the Pleasantville Panthers (Pleasantville, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 19. Nyack will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
