Georgia High School Lacrosse - River Ridge holds off Sequoyah

April 18, 2023: Woodstock, GA 30188

The River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) lacrosse tipped the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), 14-13 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, River Ridge upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Marietta (Marietta, GA) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 20. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 11-5. Marietta won 16-5 in their recent non-league outing against Woodward Academy (College Park, GA)

With the defeat, Sequoyah drops to 5-8 on the season. The Chiefs host Cherokee (Canton, GA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league outing on Friday, April 21. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 12-5. Cherokee lost 15-4 in their recent league outing against North Paulding (Dallas, GA)
