The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) and the host Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY), saw Dixie Heights's lacrosse team achieve victory over Tates Creek by a margin of 17-11.
The Colonels (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Villa Madonna was overwhelmed by Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] (Richmond, KY), 11-5, in a non-league challenge.
The Commodores (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Ballard (Louisville, KY). The Bruins enter the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Ballard edged DeSales (Louisville, KY), 26-0, in a league challenge.
