Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 20-7 in a non-league battle.

The Cubs now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Harvard-Westlake for a non-league match on Saturday, April 22. Loyola will play a Wolverines team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over St. Francis (La Canada, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-6.

With the defeat, Los Alamitos drops to 7-7 on the season. The Griffins host El Modena (Orange, CA) to play the Vanguards in a non-league match on Monday, April 24. The Vanguards go into the match with a record of 1-7. El Modena lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Portola (Irvine, CA)
