Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Shrewsbury Colonials (Shrewsbury, MA), 12-4 in a non-league test.

The Bombers now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Hadley for a Valley Wheel test on Monday, April 24. Westfield will face a Tigers squad coming off a 18-5 league loss to Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Colonials face the Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 20. Shrewsbury will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Golden Warriors come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 17-13 non-league loss to St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA).
