Ohio High School Lacrosse - South overwhelms West Geauga

The South Rebels lacrosse team scored 9 points and limited the visiting West Geauga Wolverines to 4 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Lake (Uniontown, OH). The Blue Streaks go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Lake was overwhelmed by Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 9-4, in a league match.
With the defeat, West Geauga drops to 0-6 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH) to play the Cardinals in a Region 6 match on Saturday, April 22. The Cardinals go into the match with a record of 8-1. Cardinal Mooney won 8-3 in their recent league match against Poland Seminary (Poland, OH)
