With the win, Sevier County moves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Smoky Bears travel to Morristown-Hamblen West (Morristown, TN) to battle the Trojans in a 3A District 2 bout on Thursday, April 20. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Morristown-Hamblen West won 4-3 in their recent league bout against Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN)

In their next game, the Mavericks battle the Clinton Dragons (Clinton, TN) in a 2A District 5 bout, on Thursday, April 20. Anderson County will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Rockwood (Rockwood, TN).
