Borden County Coyotes (Gail, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Coyotes now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Petersburg for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 27.

With the loss, Lubbock Christian falls to 19-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX) to battle the Eagles in a TAPPS Division IV District 1 challenge on Saturday, April 22. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 13-1. Temple Christian won 5-4 in their recent league challenge against Nazarene Christian Academy (Crowley, TX)
