West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Westview Warriors (Topeka, IN), 12-11 in a league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Churubusco for a Northeast Corner challenge on Thursday, April 20. West Noble will face a Eagles squad coming off a 10-4 league loss to Lakeland (LaGrange, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Westview moves to 1-3 on the season. The Warriors host Central Noble (Albion, IN) to face the Cougars in a Northeast Corner match on Wednesday, April 19. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 9-0. Central Noble won 8-7 in their recent league match against Prairie Heights (LaGrange, IN)
