The Marion Patriots baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Wynne Yellowjackets to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.
The Patriots (17-6) will now prepare for their match against Kirby (Memphis, TN). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Kirby was overwhelmed by Middle College (Memphis, TN), 13-1, in a non-league match.
The Yellowjackets (9-8) will now prepare for their match against Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 3-14 record.
