With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Walton (Bronx, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, May 2. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Walton won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Truman (Bronx, NY)

The Blue Steel now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Roosevelt Educational for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 2. Columbus will play a Roughriders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Monroe Campus (Bronx, NY). The Roughriders record now stands at 4-3.
