The Mariners now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Regional for a Shore - Colonial match on Tuesday, April 23. Toms River North will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Howell drops to 3-3 on the season. The Rebels host Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ) to play the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, April 20. The Spartans go into the match with a record of 2-5. Ocean Township lost 12-10 in their recent league match against Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ)
