In Thursday's league test, the visiting St. John-Vianney Lancers lacrosse squad scored a good 16-2 victory over the Neptune Scarlet Fliers.

The Lancers now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Rose for a non-league test on Friday, April 19. St. John-Vianney will face a Purple Roses squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ). The Purple Roses record now stands at 0-7.

In their next game, the Scarlet Fliers face the Brick Township Green Dragons (Brick, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 19. Neptune will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Green Dragons come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 13-4 league loss to Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ).
