Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Copperheads face the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 26. Catawba Ridge will attempt to better on its 17-4 season record. The Blue Eagles enter the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 9-0 league win over Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC).
The now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charlotte Latin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 20. Padua Academy will face a Hawks team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 12-2.
