Virginia High School Baseball - Oscar Smith loses to Deep Creek

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Deep Creek Hornets baseball team scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Oscar Smith Tigers.
The Hornets (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Currituck County overcame Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC), 8-2, in a non-league game.
The Tigers (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Nansemond River was overwhelmed by Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA), 9-0, in a non-league game.
