Adna Pirates (Adna, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Pirates now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Raymond for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Adna will battle a Seagulls squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA). The Seagulls record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Toledo falls to 6-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Rainier (Rainier, WA) to battle the Mountaineers in a 2B Central challenge on Monday, April 22. The Mountaineers enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. Rainier won 18-1 in their recent league challenge against Wahkiakum (Cathlamet, WA)
