The St. Michael-Albertville Knights overwhelmed the host Centennial Cougars softball squad by a count of 14-5 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 20. St. Michael-Albertville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Royals go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 4-1 league loss to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN).

The Cougars (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Cougars go into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record.
