The Mineral Ridge Rams softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Chalker Wildcats to 12 in the Rams non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Mineral Ridge moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Southern (Salineville, OH) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, April 19. The Indians come into the game with a record of 4-3.

In their next game, the Wildcats play the Bristol Panthers (Bristolville, OH) in a Northeastern Athletic game, on Friday, April 19. Chalker will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 2-6 record after their 10-8 league loss to Maplewood (Cortland, OH).
