The Upsala Cardinals softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Crosby-Ironton Rangers to 0 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Upsala moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Swanville (Swanville, MN) to play the Bulldogs in a Prairie game on Tuesday, April 23. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 6-1. Swanville won 10-4 in their recent league game against Browerville (Browerville, MN)

In their next game, the Rangers play the Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN) in a Mid-State game, on Friday, April 19. Crosby-Ironton will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
