The Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) softball routed the visiting Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE), 11-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Indians (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Riders go into the non-league bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Caesar Rodney notched a victory over Milford (Milford, DE), 10-2, in a league bout.

The Bluejays now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Nandua for a non-league bout on Friday, April 19. Seaford will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
