In Thursday's non-league test, the Miami Trace Panthers (Washington Court House, OH) softball squad got by the visiting London Red Raiders (London, OH), by a count of 4-3.
Next, the Panthers meet the Hillsboro Indians (Hillsboro, OH) in a Frontier Athletic test, on Monday, April 22. Miami Trace will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 14-2 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH).
The Red Raiders (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Shawnee (Springfield, OH). The Braves go into the Central Buckeye - Mad River test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Shawnee held off North Union (Richwood, OH), 3-2, in a league match.
