Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC), 10-6 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Chatham Charter moves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC) to confront the Grizzlies in a Central Tar Heel 1A match on Tuesday, April 22. The Grizzlies come into the match with a record of 6-9.
The Cougars now possess a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery Central for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 22. Southwestern Randolph will confront a Timberwolves squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Timberwolves record now stands at 7-12.
