New York High School Baseball - Middleburgh edges Schenevus Central

In Friday's non-league game, the host Middleburgh Knights baseball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Schenevus Central Dragons.
The Knights (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Johnstown (Johnstown, NY). The Sir Bills go into the Section 2 Western - Southern game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Johnstown by Cohoes (Cohoes, NY), 12-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Dragons play the Cherry Valley-Springfield Patriots (Cherry Valley, NY) in a Section 4 Tri-Valley game, on Monday, April 21. Schenevus Central will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 5-3 league win over Milford Central (Milford, NY).
