In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Papillion-LaVista Monarchs baseball team scored a close 10-8 victory over the Lincoln Southeast Knights.
The Monarchs (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 12-1 record. In their last game, Lincoln East held off Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE), 12-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Knights face the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 22. Lincoln Southeast will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Navigators enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE).
