The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) and the visiting University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA), saw Foothill's baseball team gain a win over University Prep by a tally of 12-0.

The Cougars (16-3) will now prepare for their bout against Wheatland (Wheatland, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league bout with a 7-10 record. In their last bout, Wheatland overcame Marysville (Marysville, CA), 8-3, in a league bout.
