In Friday's league contest, the visiting Alpharetta Raiders lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 triumph over the North Forsyth Raiders.
The Raiders (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Bears go into the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Cambridge held off Walton (Marietta, GA), 12-10, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Raiders meet the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) in a 3A Area 5 contest, on Tuesday, April 22. North Forsyth will attempt to better on its 10-6 season record. The War Eagles go into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Denmark (Alpharetta, GA).
