In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Anthony Wayne Generals softball squad scored a close 8-1 triumph over the Clear Fork Colts.

With the triumph, Anthony Wayne improves its record to 11-1 on the year. The Generals host Louisville (Louisville, OH) to face the Leopards in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. The Leopards enter the contest with a record of 7-7. Louisville won 6-2 in their recent non-league contest against Jackson (Massillon, OH)

The Colts now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hilliard Bradley for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. Clear Fork will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Upper Arlington (Columbus, OH). The Jaguars record now stands at 8-3.
