Illinois High School Softball - Armstrong bounces Chrisman

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL) and the visiting Chrisman Cardinals (Chrisman, IL), observed Armstrong's softball team notch a victory over Chrisman by a tally of 11-1.

The Trojans (7-7) will now prepare for their bout against Watseka (Watseka, IL). The Warriors go into the Vermilion Valley bout with a 2-8 record.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) in a Vermilion Valley bout, on Monday, April 21. Chrisman will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 15-6 non-league loss to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL).
