In Friday's non-league match, the host Calhoun Red Devils softball team scored a nice 18-0 win over the Richwood Lumberjacks.

The Red Devils (3-9) will now prepare for their match against Elkins (Elkins, WV). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Elkins was routed by Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV), 13-7, in a league match.

In their next game, the Lumberjacks confront the Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV) in a match, on Tuesday, April 22. Richwood will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Red Devils come into the match with a 10-7 record after their 20-5 non-league win over Mount View (Welch, WV).
