California High School Softball - Healdsburg succumbs to Novato

April 18, 2025: Healdsburg, CA 95448

In Friday's non-league test, the Novato Hornets (Novato, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Healdsburg Greyhounds (Healdsburg, CA), by a tally of 15-2.

Next, the Hornets clash with the Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA) in a Marin County test, on Monday, April 21. Novato will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Red Tailed Hawks go into the test with a 9-4 record after their 17-0 league win over Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA).

The Greyhounds (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA). The Pumas go into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Maria Carrillo was routed by Windsor (Windsor, CA), 12-3, in a league test.
