Alabama High School Softball - Spain Park sneaks past Hillcrest

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Spain Park Jaguars softball team scored a tight 6-5 win over the Hillcrest Patriots.
The Jaguars (15-18) will now prepare for their match against Satsuma (Satsuma, AL). The Gators come into the non-league match with a 22-14 record. In their last match, Satsuma nipped Mary G. Montgomery (Semmes, AL), 3-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the West Blocton Tigers (West Blocton, AL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 22. Hillcrest will attempt to better on its 13-19 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 24-10 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Pelham (Pelham, AL).
