Indiana High School Baseball - Herron loses to Purdue Polytechnic

The Herron Achaeans baseball squad (Indianapolis, IN), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Purdue Polytechnic Techies (Indianapolis, IN)

With the triumph, Purdue Polytechnic moves its record to 8-3 on the season. The Techies host Indianapolis Washington (Indianapolis, IN) to confront the Continentals in a Capital City contest on Wednesday, April 22. The Continentals come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Indianapolis Washington lost 15-0 in their recent non-league contest against Anderson Prep Academy (Anderson, IN)

The Achaeans now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indianapolis Shortridge for a Pioneer contest on Tuesday, April 21. Herron will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Northwest (Cincinnati, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-3.
