The Knox County Eagles baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Fayette Falcons to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Westran (Huntsville, MO). The Hornets go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record.
The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Class 2 District 12 match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Harrisburg was overwhelmed by North Callaway (Kingdom City, MO), 6-4, in a non-league match.
