Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Thunderbolts confront the Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban challenge, on Thursday, April 21. Andrew will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
The Raiders now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waubonsie Valley for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. Bolingbrook will confront a Warriors team coming off a 4-0 league win over DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.
