Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Woodstock Academy holds off Valley Regional

The Woodstock Academy Centaurs tipped the visiting Valley Regional Warriors lacrosse team by a score of 9-8 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Woodstock Academy upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Centaurs host Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT) to battle the Wildcats in a Eastern Connecticut - Large outing on Tuesday, April 26. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 1-3.

With the defeat, Valley Regional drops to 2-4 on the season. The Warriors host North Branford (North Branford, CT) to battle the Thunderbirds in a Shoreline outing on Thursday, April 21. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a record of 4-2. North Branford lost 7-6 in their recent league outing against Morgan (Clinton, CT)
