Greenback Cherokees (Greenback, TN) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sweetwater Wildcats (Sweetwater, TN), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Cherokees confront the Heritage Mountaineers (Maryville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 21. Greenback will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Mountaineers enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 12-0 league loss to Bearden (Knoxville, TN).

The Wildcats now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Loudon for a 1A District 4 challenge on Thursday, April 21.
