Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Williams Vikings (Williams, AZ) and the visiting Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA), saw Williams's baseball squad edge Needles by a count of 4-3.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Ash Fork Spartans (Ash Fork, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 21. Williams will attempt to move on its 20-5 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Williams (Williams, AZ).
