The Western Alamance Warriors baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Reidsville Rams to 4 in the Warriors non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Warriors (8-11) will now prepare for their match against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves go into the Central 3A match with a 10-9 record. In their last match, Cedar Ridge was overwhelmed by Grimsley (Greensboro, NC), 7-3, in a non-league match.
The Rams (8-12) will now prepare for their match against North Stokes (Danbury, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 16-5 record. In their last match, North Stokes was overwhelmed by South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC), 3-0, in a league match.
