In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Norwich Free Academy Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Capital Prep Trailblazers.

The Wildcats (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT). The Wildcats come into the Independent battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Wolcott RVT achieved victory over Putnam (Putnam, CT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trailblazers clash with the Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT) in a battle, on Friday, April 21. Capital Prep will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Ravens come into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT).
