Mount Sinai Mustangs (Mount Sinai, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Smithtown West (Smithtown, NY), 9-5 in a league battle.
The Mustangs now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host East Islip for a Section 11 II battle on Tuesday, April 25. Mount Sinai will clash with a Redmen squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Redmen record now stands at 5-4.
In their next game, the clash with the Shoreham-Wading River Wildcats (Shoreham, NY) in a Section 11 II battle, on Friday, April 21. Smithtown West will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 10-9 league loss to Rocky Point (Rocky Point, NY).
