In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Phillips Exeter Academy Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-8 victory over the Pomfret School Griffins.

The Lions now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dexter Southfield for a Freelance test on Saturday, April 22. Phillips Exeter Academy will face a squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to St. Paul's (Concord, NH). The record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Griffins face the Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 21. Pomfret School will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Quakers come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 17-5 league win over Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
