Pennsylvania High School Softball - Central York bounces Northeastern

April 19, 2023: York, PA 17404

Central York Panthers (York, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Northeastern Bobcats (Manchester, PA), 5-1 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Susquehannock for a York-Adams 4 challenge on Friday, April 21. Central York will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 7-1 league loss to South Western (Hanover, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Northeastern falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Red Lion (Red Lion, PA) to battle the Lions in a York-Adams 4 challenge on Monday, April 24. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 0-4.
