Utah High School Softball - Cottonwood topped by Highland

The Highland Rams softball team scored 21 runs and limited the visiting Cottonwood Colts to 12 in the Rams non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Highland moves its record to 2-9 on the year. The Rams host Park City (Park City, UT) to play the Miners in a 5A Region 6 game on Friday, April 21. The Miners come into the game with a record of 1-5. Park City lost 14-4 in their recent league game against Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT)
In their next game, the Colts play the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a 5A Region 7 game, on Friday, April 21. Cottonwood will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 4-9 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Green Canyon (North Logan, UT).
