Greeneview Rams (Jamestown, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Wilmington Hurricane (Wilmington, OH), 8-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Yellow Springs for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20.

With the loss, Wilmington falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Hurricane host Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH) to face the Falcons in a Southern Buckeye AA - American challenge on Friday, April 21. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Clinton-Massie lost 19-4 in their recent league challenge against Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH)
