Indiana High School Softball - Indianapolis Lutheran bounces Speedway

Indianapolis Lutheran Saints (Indianapolis, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Speedway Sparkplugs (Speedway, IN), 9-2 in a league challenge.

The Saints now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hauser for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 22. Indianapolis Lutheran will battle a Jets squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Waldron (Waldron, IN). The Jets record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Speedway falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Sparkplugs travel to Terre Haute North Vigo (Terre Haute, IN) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 22. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 2-7.
